Located just northwest of Fort Worth, Eagle Mountain Lake is fishing and recreational resource for the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. Anglers will find good populations of largemouth and spotted bass within the lake. Spring is the premier season for white bass as they move into the West Fork Trinity River. Channel, flathead and blue catfish are all found within the lake and blues can reach excellent sizes.
